About The Return
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on all eligible products within 30 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to make a return, please return it in its original packaging and follow our return policy.
1. Items returned within 30 days of receiving the original order will not be eligible for a refund if there is an obvious manufacturing defect (such as size, style, hair material or color is not as described), please feel free to contact us and our customer service will respond to you as soon as possible.
2. Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the hair is INTACT.
3.Please notice that if you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service firstly, you can send the items back after their confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee. (If the return is due to the seller's mistake, such as sending the wrong item or a manufacturing defect, the seller will cover the return shipping cost.) Or you can keep the product and negotiate with our customer service for the partial refund directly
4. After the return request has been authorized, the products can be shipped back to the address we gave you. Please kindly send email about your order number and returned package number.
What Hat Are Eligible Products?
Are in the same condition you received them (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no signs of wear, styling products or odor)
Have all tags on them and are in their original packaging
Item(s) are returned within 30 days of the order delivery date
NO return & exchange for clearance products.
We can’t accept ineligible products and they will be returned to you at your cost.
Please noted that freight collect express item is Not Acceptable
Note: Please contact our team first to obtain the return address. Unauthorized returns are not eligible for a refund.
Exchange Policy :
We allow one free exchange on all eligible products within 30 days from the date the order is delivered.
If you want to exchange the order a second time, there is a 5% restocking fee.
If the exchange item(s) costs more than your first order, we will contact you to obtain the payment difference for the additional amount. Any exchange balance will be refunded onto your original payment method.
You can change your order at any time before it has been shipped for free. Once it has been shipped and it is on its way to you, it cannot be changed or canceled.
If you are not satisfied with your exchange, you can return it for a refund or initiate a second exchange.
All customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs for any returns or exchanges.
Monetary Refund:
All refunds are subject to a restocking fee

Item Over $100: 10% of the order value restocking fee
2. The cost of Expedited Shipping is not refundable.
3.Monetary refunds will be refunded back to your original form of payment that you used to purchase the order.
4.Refunds are processed 1 to 3 business days after your return has been received.
Cancellation Policy :
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped free of cost.
Once your order has been shipped and is on its way to you, it cannot be canceled. If you don’t want it anymore, please follow our return policy to return your order.
Return Procedure :
Please contact us prior to sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.

Be sure to tell us the tracking number when you return it.
Important Note:
Customer need to be responsible for return shipping costs together with the Custom Tax If the returning is due to buyer’s problems(Such as don’t like/want, order wrong product/size etc.)
