Shipment Processing Time:
Total Delivery Time: Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Processing Time: For in-stock order After placing an order, usually it typically takes 0-1 business day to process your order. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Shipping time and Fee:
For United States: It is free shipping
Shipping time 3-5/ working days by USPS, Fedex etc
For rest of world: Contact us to know more details. Some special remote areas need to pay corresponding remote fees.
Shipping time 3-10 working days by Fedex or etc;
Please Noticed:
We don't process orders on Sunday, because shipping companies all do not work on Sunday.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
We will send you the tracking number by E-mail if there is an E-mail with your information. If there is no tracking number information please contact us at vecagohair@outlook.com to get your tracking number and delivery information.
About Damager and Issues:
We are responsible for any products defective, damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please take some pictures once you get the parcel and email us at vecagohair@outlook.com including your order number. If the product is defective, we will send you a part replacement, a partial or full refund.
We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 15 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company.
